Selph gift cards are redeemable exclusively on Selph.co.uk and cannot be used via phone orders or other sales channels.

Gift cards are for personal use only and must not be resold or transferred for value.

All gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited as unused funds are non-refundable.

Gift cards are not subject to automatic renewal or extension, except where required by law.

The unique gift card code is required for online purchases.

Purchases will be deducted from the card's available balance. Any remaining balance can be used on subsequent transactions until the value reaches £0.

If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Multiple gift cards cannot be combined for a single transaction.

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the purchaser’s email address. The recipient is responsible for safeguarding the gift card code, as it is required for redemption.

The gift card code may be forwarded to a recipient of your choice. However, lost or stolen codes will not be replaced, and Selph is not responsible for unauthorised use.

Orders paid with a gift card are subject to Selph’s standard refund policies. Refunds will be credited back to the original gift card where applicable.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change or refunds will be provided for unused balances.

Selph reserves the right to deactivate or reject gift cards that are obtained fraudulently, used improperly, or violate these terms and conditions.

Gift cards are issued in GBP and are valid only for purchases on Selph.co.uk. They cannot be redeemed in other currencies or regions.

Purchasers and users of Selph gift cards must comply with applicable laws. Gift cards are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with promotional discounts, unless explicitly stated.

If a gift card email is not received due to technical issues, please contact Selph customer service. Proof of purchase will be required to verify the transaction.

Unused gift card balances may be subject to applicable unclaimed property laws after the expiry period.

Selph is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. The recipient assumes all responsibility for the security of the gift card code.

By purchasing or redeeming a Selph gift card, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the transaction, along with any subsequent use of the gift card, is subject to Selph’s Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use a Selph gift card.
