We recommend you do not post samples to our labs between Thursday 2nd April to Monday 6th April inclusive.
The Doctors Laboratory in London and Manchester will be open over the Easter period and samples can be dropped of directly for analysis.
There will be a reduced availability of appointments across our clinic partners and mobile phlebotomy over Easter. If booking phlebotomy services during the Easter period please note that samples should not be returned by post and will need to be hand-delivered to the lab.
Customer service will operate as normal, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During weekends and bank holidays, the team are available for urgent queries only.
